Things to know:
We each make a difference. Recognizing and clarifying how best one makes a difference is my mission. As a Coach, I connect individuals with that foundation that propels one to the greatness they are meant to share. As an Executive, I bring leadership to organizations to sustain a strong financial core. As a Writer, I share thoughts and perspectives on the value of making a difference in this world.
Maggie – Coach
Having achieved my career goals, there was more I wanted to be. This ignited a journey to becoming a coach. Living Whole Coaching was established to assist others in exploring their next chapter. Walking with others through transitions; assisting to clarify what’s next in a business's growth, and my passion, mentoring women desiring to be civilly engaged.
Maggie – Transition Leader
As a seasoned executive, I am able to adapt quickly, providing leadership needs for an organization in transition. This provides management time to pause and assess what is needed in a long-term replacement executive. As a Transition Leader, the focus is on sustaining morale and productivity during the interval between leadership.
Whether in the trenches or in the executive suite, my abilities can assess operational needs, sustain cash management, and develop innovative means to meet needs, operationally and financially, in the interim.
