Do you find yourself at times persevering on what went wrong. Or how that something someone said doesn't sit just right. Today the challenge is to let those feeling fall away and focus on simply being happy.
What does it mean to ... be happy? It is simply that, be happy. As all of living involves choices, beinghappy, holding inside youself a sense that all is well is a choice. A choice you are asked to holid, for the next 24 hours.
When those negative thoughts of a person, what you are doing, an event begin to creep into your mind:
- Stop right there;
- Breathe in, breathe out (repeat as needed);
- Think of something that makes you smile,; and,
- Be happy.
Whatever that something is. Whenever the urge to focus on what is a problem, a struggle, or less than what you would like, shift your focus on that which makes you feel your happiness. You can be sad tomorrow.
